The Southport & Formby Cancer Recovery Programme aims to improve the physical and mental health of recovering cancer patients. Benefits can be found in terms of physical activity reducing the risk of cancer reoccurrence in some cancers and alleviating the symptoms of cancer treatment, such as fatigue and depression.
Many patients say that they feel isolated and unsupported after finishing cancer treatment. Our programme is designed to prevent this occurring, by ensuring all Soutport and Formby cancer patients and their carers/family have excellent support and advice readily available.
Contact the Southport Macmillan Centre for more information or to enrol on the programme: telephone 01704 533024 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
