In more normal times, our World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is one of the highlights of the Centre’s year – a time when we all get together to drink copious amounts of tea and coffee, stuff our faces with cake, indulge in a little retail therapy, have a singsong with our fantastic singers and raise lots of pennies for Macmillan Cancer Support.

This year, of course, it’s all different and we’re not able to do some of the above – but we are able to do the drinking, the stuffing and the raising money! So, if you’d like to Zoom in on Friday 25^th September at 12pm, we’ll do our very best to have a grand old time. Sadly, you’ll have to provide your own drinks and cake this year, but hopefully 2021 will see us back in action, in the flesh and bigger and better than ever.

Anyone wanting to hold a Macmillan Coffee Morning will have to do so virtually or social distanced. This year’s fundraiser is set for Friday September 25th – the 30th anniversary of the popular event. Further details can be obtained by contacting staff at the Southport Centre.
