An opportunity to swim in a safe and private environment. We have exclusive use of the Splashworld pool and changing rooms.

CRAFT AND NATTER Thursdays 10am – 12pm, 1st Thursday of the month at the Southport Macmillan Centre, other weeks at The Cherish Centre, Albert Road, Southport Crafting and Chatting with tea and biscuits

Gentle Yoga Based at the Dairy Holistic Hub, King St, starting at 11am. This is a great introduction to Yoga.

Chair Based Exercise A fun and relaxed session to improve strength and mobility. Every Thursday, 2-3pm, at the Centre.

Poetry, Pins & Needles. 10am-12pm. Join us as we reflect on a couple of pieces of poetry at the start of the session and then join in with knitting, sowing and crocheting or just chatting with others.

Southport & West Lancashire Prostate Cancer Support Group
First meeting Richmond Pub on Scarisbrick New Road in Southport - Thursday in August from 7pm – 9pm
The purpose of the meetings is to provide peer support - to give men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, and their families, the opportunity to meet other people in a similar situation, or who have been through the same situation, and to share their experiences of the various support and treatment options available.
